GM/CEO (FMCG)

Location: Suzhou Jiangsu Province, or Putian, Fujian province

Organization

A large paper making enterprise. They specialize in manufacturing and selling series of hygiene products, such as diapers, sanitary napkin, maternity pad, and wipes. Their products have been exported to 13 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead China domestic sales operations, including setting up an effective sales team and distribution infrastructure.;
  • Strategize and execute their brand building activities in China.

Requirements

  • Be very aggressive as they want to grow and invest aggressively in China;
  • MCG product experience in China is a must;
  • Familiar with modern market channels in China;
  • Can speak both English and Chinese;
  • Understands finance and accounting principles;
  • Able to motivate and manage office workers as well as factory workers;
  • Preferably local Chinese but not a must;
  • Some plant or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging business events, schedules;

Requirements

  • BS degree required, preferably business major;

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the downstream engineering for streptomyce fermentation (product extraction and purification)
  • Optimize and control the fermentation process
  • Solve the technical problem during production.
  • Team management and supervise
  • Make technical report to supervisor

Requirements

  • Master degree, major in fermentation engineering, biochemical engineering or related
  • Superior engineer qualification will be appreciated
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in fermentation industry is a must.
  • Deep knowledge on streptomyces is a must.
  • Experience in starting productive activities is necessary.
  • Deep knowledge on the whole fermentation process (upstream and downstream) will be appreciated.
  • Wide knowledge on GMP regulations
  • Fluent English
  • Good disposition to learn Spanish

  • Provide technical support to clients including machine installing, maintaining and problem-solving;
  • Make business trip around China frequently to give clients support and to meet their requirements;
  • Paying visits to clients to check the status of the machine and selling them spare parts;
  • Checking the quality of spare parts received from Italy and purchased in China;
  • Evaluating the quality of local supplier provided by other staff in charge of supplier research.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor degree in Electronics, Electric Engineering or related.
  • One to two years’ experience in electronic engineering, preferrably with technical support function.
  • Experience in European or USA companies will be highly preferred.
  • Professional knowledge of textile machine
  • Good at oral and written English.
  • Willing to travel frequently in China.
