Campanile coaching programmes follow a simple but effective 3-step model, which focuses on commitment to change and sustainable long-term results.
Discovery and Awareness: In the first part we will identify the root causes of the main challenges in current leadership work, agree about the most vital areas for improvement and make them explicit.
Focus on Change: Building on the results of the previous part, we will decide what changes are necessary in leadership objectives and methods. We will also discuss what reaction we can expect from others as a result of these changes.
Developing New Habits: Finally, we will build commitment to the decided changes and turn them into habits. Participants will receive constant feedback about how they apply the results of coaching in daily work, and make adjustments where necessary.
The three phases are designed based on the experience that changing one’s existing methods is at least as difficult as finding the direction for change.
As we progress in the programme, we will conclude one part and step to the next one depending on when we have reached the objective of the given part. The coaching programme will be a constant feedback loop between coach and coachee, which makes sure that we adjust objectives, methods and content when necessary.
