Campanile Programmes

Communication is more than just sharing thoughts. If you want to be heard and get results, you need to communicate with a clear goal in mind, to the right people, in the right way.

Communicate with Purpose

It happens all the time. Your team spends hours at meetings with disappointing results. Everybody wants better communication but nobody takes charge of it. Your message is important but it gets lost in the pipelines. People agree about what to do, yet nobody follows up. If this sounds familiar, it is time to think about how people share information and responsibility.

Information and time are precious resources. Approach communication with the same attention you give to sales, finance or quality control. Campanile’s three-step model to effective communication has brought results to hundreds of professionals in sales, management, customer service and more.

What does a typical programme look like?

Awareness:

We start the project by listening to the client's description of their business, the situations where people communicate, the successes and challenges they experience. We usually choose an external or internal communication focus for the programme at an early stage. Before we commit to any changes, we assess each participant's natural communication style using personality or behavioural tools, chosen either by the client or by Campanile. Finally, we set clear goals and decide on the best ways to accomplish them: consulting, coaching, workshops or more.

Skills:

Now that we are familiar with our client's communication practices, goals and challenges, we design and deliver customised methods in the form of individual and group coaching, skills development and workshops. The programme may focus on meetings, emails, reports, phone calls or any combination of these, depending on needs. Participants spend most of the time practicing industry-specific case studies and real-work negotiation scenarios under realistic time pressure. Each activity builds on the results of the previous one, and can be adjusted accordingly.

Habits:

Without proper follow-up, consulting, coaching and training becomes a distant memory after six months. We know how busy people are, and therefore we design our projects realistically. From simple reminders to refresher workshops, we offer a dozen ways to turn a single programme into a habit-changing journey of improvement. We also work together with our clients to ensure that levels, units and teams within the company support each other's improvement.
