Data-driven team performance
We live in an information-driven age. Data, both big and small, serve as basis for finding markets, design new products and measure their success. But how about management? Do you collect data about your people's potential, their relationships, successes and failures? Do you use the data you have?
On 26 July 4-6pm, we are excited to bring you a presentation and round-table chat with Tomas Casas i Klett, teamwork and leadership expert from Switzerland, at our next event on Wuding Road, Shanghai.
Tomas's interests cut right into Campanile's favourite topics: team performance, brain research, improving results and reducing stress at work. Join us and listen to the findings of his original research at Switzerland's University of St. Gallen, as well as academic programmes in China and Russia, and discuss how you can harness brain science and psychometric assessment in conflict management, shared leadership and team performance.
4pm-4:30pm:
Join us at 5:IT, a cozy work space in the heart of Shanghai, grab some refreshments and have a chat with participants and our experts about the joys and challenges of teamwork.
4:30-5pm:
Become familiar with "We Consciousness" and and how data-driven methods, including brain scans and psychometric assessment, can measure and improve your team performance in a cost- and time-efficient way.
5pm-5.30pm:
Now that you've warmed up, time for the hard work! Discuss specific teamwork challenges and get advice from our experts.
5:30-6:00:
Return, discuss your findings with us and explore ways to apply your newly learned methods in daily teamwork situations.
Bonus:
Participants of our event can try our psychometric tools free of charge. Scan the code on the wall to claim a free assessment of your own choosing, including our personality, behavioural, 360, motivational and team performance assessments, which includes a free discussion with a Campanile consultant about the results.
Join us, bring a guest, discuss, brainstorm, debrief and all that stuff that people do in a stimulating, interactive learning environment.
